  • Leading All-Community Worship services for the entire campus three times per year.

Pastoral Care

  • Serving as the primary pastor for Residential Citizens, offering pastoral care, counseling, and support.
  • Acting as chaplain for Citizens and Community Members, providing spiritual guidance, Bible studies, and devotionals.
  • Visiting Citizens who are sick or unable to attend services and supporting those in times of grief or transition.

  • Managing the Spiritual Life department budget, reporting, and donor partnerships.

Ministry Support

  • Supporting families during times of loss and leading Celebration of Life services for Citizens.
  • Serving on the Brookwood Leadership Team, Citizen Life Team, and Community Life Team.

Above all, this role centers on prayer, spiritual encouragement, and cultivating a Christ-centered culture throughout the community.

Qualifications:

  • The Bible (Old and New Testaments) as the Word of God and the perfect rule for faith and conduct.
  • One God eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Why Join Brookwood?

At Brookwood, ministry extends beyond Sunday services. Every day is an opportunity to encourage, uplift, and walk alongside Citizens and Community Members as they grow spiritually and personally.
