Job description

Youth Dynamics' vision is to see youth transformed by the power of Christ, integrated into the local church, and impacting their world for Him. This seasonal ministry position exists to support this vision by leading youth into opportunities to experience God's creation through adventures and connecting those experiences to real-life situations they are facing.

Youth Dynamics offers two internship opportunities designed to help you grow in your faith, leadership, and calling.

  • The Ministry Experience Internship is a flexible, unpaid (a stipend can be raised) 3-18 month opportunity for those exploring ministry or seeking a short-term missionary experience. The ME Internship provides immersive involvement in relational, adventure-based ministry alongside experienced staff.
  • The Summit Internship is a structured, paid, 10-month discipleship and leadership internship that equips emerging leaders through intentional spiritual growth, mentorship, and practical ministry experience.

Together, these internships offer meaningful opportunities to engage in real ministry, develop leadership skills, and discern how God may be leading your future.
