JOB SUMMARY:

Our Program Management Internship will provide the opportunity to learn about Program Planning & Delivery and Project Management across Global Brand & Commercial at Universal Destinations & Experiences. This role will get hands on experience in all areas of program and project management across all UDX sites. We are seeking interns who are proactive, detail-oriented and interested in project and program management in the Global Brand and Commerce space.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the creation and management of end-to-end timelines
  • Track key dependencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain integrated timelines and milestones across program working teams.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above.
  • Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required. 
  • A transcript is required upon application.
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
    • Preferred majors include: Project Management, Business, Marketing, Event Hospitality or equivalent.

    • Strong MS Office skills
    • Experience with project management software (Workfront)
    • Fundamental understanding of web and mobile app development

  • This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
  • Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than April 2027.
