Job description

OPUS Beauty — a fast-growing creative agency representing top talent in hair, makeup, and styling — is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team in Los Angeles! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their accounting career in a dynamic environment. You’ll support our finance operations and help us maintain smooth internal workflows as we continue to scale.


What You’ll Do:

• Process daily invoices, transactions, and expenses

• Support administrative accounting tasks (artist timecards, vendor forms, etc.)

• Maintain and update our accounting database with accurate entries and reports

• Assist with accounts receivable & payable, including follow-up on past-due invoices

• Work closely with the Senior Accountant to support month-end processes


What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (or near completion)

• 1–2 years of experience (internships welcome!)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Clear communication skills — written and verbal

• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting tools is a plus

• Someone who is proactive, organized, and eager to learn
