Job description

Role Summary:

Riboli Family Winery is offering Part-Time and Full-Time seasonal internships for our 2026 harvest season at our Riboli Family Winery Production Facility in Paso Robles, CA. We aim to educate our interns in all aspects of winemaking while giving them hands-on experience by implementing what they learn. We expect our interns to be positive, open-minded, willing to learn, have outstanding attention to detail, and be able to precisely follow instructions. Internships start as soon as July 2026 and span through December 2026.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.

  • Support grape receiving and processing operations during harvest
  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of all cellar equipment and work areas to uphold winery hygiene standards
  • Collect and prepare juice and wine samples for laboratory analysis
  • Assist with essential cellar activities such as racking, barrel filling and maintenance, cap management, fermentation punch-downs, tank digging, additions, and inoculation
  • Accurately complete and maintain work orders and production records
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain open and effective communication with winemaking and cellar staff to ensure smooth workflow and consistency

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

  • Required to lift and move up to 40 lbs., when necessary.
  • Comfortable working long shifts on your feet in a physically demanding environment
  • Capable of safely navigating stairs, ladders, and catwalks
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency and time management
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
