Job description

Material Handler 2nd Shift
Walor North America is looking for a Material Handler to join its Shot Blast team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the on-time delivery, staging and removal of all work in progress from process to maximize equipment productivity.
What you will do
  • Maintains production by removing tubs with product and replacing empty containers
  • Empty all scrap containers and chip hoppers safely at the end of shift
  • Empty outside trash as scheduled
  • Maintain standards regarding proper tub storage locations and tidiness
  • Organize and maintain predefined outdoor storage areas as required
  • Maintain required forklift preventative maintenance
  • Adherence to 5S principles
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Other duties as assigned

Work Environment
  • Location-The Material Handler role is based onsite at our Columbus facility
  • Physical Demand-May be required to lift moderately heavy automotive components up to 15 pounds
  • Schedule-Monday thru Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM, some overtime or weekends may be necessary
