Grind Operator
Automation Personnel Services is seeking motivated individuals to join a growing team in Lewisburg, TN as a Grind Operator. This is a great entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on manufacturing experience, learn valuable skills, and be part of a company that values quality, dedication, and hard work.

Pay Rate $14.00 per hour


Schedule and Hours
1st Shift 7AM-3:30PM M-F ; Some OT required, including evenings and Saturdays
2nd Shift: 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm M-F; Some OT required, including evenings and Saturdays


Grind Operator Duties and Responsibilities
· Handle, sort, and process small springs and components
· Perform grinding and finishing operations according to company standards
· Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
· Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
· Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
· Work effectively as part of a team
