Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Drywall Installer and Finisher with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will hang, install, and finish drywall for both new construction and existing wall surfaces, ensuring a smooth, paint-ready finish.

This is a physically demanding, hands-on role requiring the ability to carry drywall upstairs, perform overhead installations, and deliver high-quality finishing work.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Hang and install drywall on walls and ceilings (including overhead work)
  • Measure, cut, and fit drywall panels
  • Tape, mud, sand, and finish surfaces for paint
  • Repair and patch existing drywall
  • Transport drywall materials, including up stairs
  • Follow project plans and meet quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years drywall installation and finishing experience
  • Ability to carry drywall (50+ lbs) upstairs
  • Ability to hang drywall overhead
  • Experience finishing drywall for paint (new and existing walls)
  • Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or ability to obtain).
  • Ability to read and follow technical documents and drawings.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Pay range: $27-$32 per hour.

Work Conditions:

This is a fully on-site role at the project location(s). Must have ability to stoop, stand, climb, frequently lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Regularly required to crouch and reach to install/move equipment by bending forward at the waist or by bending legs and spine. Involves movement between floors, and properties to facilitate work. Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.
