As an AI Agent Intern supporting our Marketing organization, you willreport into the GTM Operations Organization tohelp design, build, and refine AI-powered agents that streamline campaign execution, improve data accessibility, and enhance decision-making. You will work closely with Marketing stakeholders across digital, content, operations, and analytics to understand their workflows and translate them into scalable, reliable AI automations. This role offers exposure to modern AI/ML tooling, marketing technology stacks, and data pipelines in a high-impact environment. You will contribute directly to increasing marketing productivity, improving targeting and personalization, and enabling faster, insight-driven execution across programs and channels.
Whatyou'lldo:
  • Design, implement, and test AI agents that automate and augment Marketing workflows across planning, execution, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Analytics partners to translate campaign and program requirements into clear technical specifications for AI agents.
  • Integrate AI agents with existing marketing tools and platforms (such as marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and collaboration tools) using APIs and relevant SDKs.
  • Build prompt flows, decision logic, and guardrails to ensure AI agents areaccurate, on-brand, and aligned with marketing policies and governance.
  • Analyze agent performance, gather stakeholder feedback, and iterate on designs to improve speed, accuracy, usability, and marketing impact.
  • Document agent architectures, configurations, and usage guidelines to support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing maintenance by the Marketing team.
  • Support experimentation and prototyping of new AI use cases that enhance campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, content production, and insight generation.
Whatyou'vedone:
  • Pursued or are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, ora related field.
  • Gained hands-on experience with at least one programming or scripting language (such as Python or JavaScript) for building integrations, automations, or data workflows.
  • Worked with or studied modern AI/ML, LLMs, or related technologies, including using APIs or frameworks to build simple applications, prototypes, or marketing-focused tools.
  • Completed projects, coursework, or internships involving marketing technology (such as marketing automation platforms, CRM, web analytics, or customer data tools) or web APIs and data processing.
  • Demonstrated the ability to break down a marketing or business problem into a structured technical solution, ideally in a data or AI context.
  • Created documentation, diagrams, or project write-ups that explain how a system, workflow, or application workstoboth technical and non-technical marketing audiences.
