YOUR PRODUCT CONTENT ANALYST ROLE:

As a Product Content Analyst, you'll enhance our e-commerce catalog by reviewing and editing item content to meet quality standards. You'll manage large data sets in our PIM, ensure proper item classification, and collaborate with the Site Merchandising Team on new categories. You'll monitor Product Display Pages (PDPs) for accuracy, conduct periodic audits, and assist with customer-specific item setups. Your work will ensure high-quality product descriptions and visuals, helping customers make informed buying decisions.


SOME OF THE QUALIFICATIONS TO BECOME OUR PRODUCT CONTENT ANALYST:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0 years of professional experience (1-2 years relevant internship experience a plus)
  • Microsoft Excel experience and collegiate-level proficiency required
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to use spreadsheets to maintain attention to detail
  • Drive to constantly improve complex business processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Practical judgement and sound reasoning

  • Ability to use a mix of semi-automated and manual processes to populate structured retail web content

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

  • Any technical skills such as: coding, R, Python, Tableau, SQL, Power BI or advanced AI/ML are a plus, but not required
  • PIM experience managing PDP content in an e-commerce environment is preferred, but not required

LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Note: W.B. Mason will not provide relocation assistance for this position
  • This role will operate in a hybrid working environment, meaning employees will work partly remote and partly in-office, with in-office time required for training. The primary in-office location for this role is located at our Corporate Headquarters Office in Brockton, MA.
