Job description

THE ROLE

As a Content Operations Specialist, you are the engine behind the Everpure content machine, ensuring our global assets move seamlessly from ideation to publication. You will transform complex creative workflows into high-efficiency pipelines, collaborating closely with Content Strategy Managers and Marketing leaders to maintain a world-class publishing cadence. Your mission is to eliminate friction during content production and ensure every piece of content is tagged for maximum impact and measurability across the Everpure Platform.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Optimize the Content Pipeline: Own the end-to-end delivery process by managing the editorial calendar and triaging incoming requests to ensure resources-from human experts to AI workflows-are allocated to the highest-priority business needs.
  • Drive Publishing Excellence: Execute flawless blog operations and asset launches, ensuring all final drafts meet Everpure's formatting standards and are published on time to maintain consistent market presence.
  • Champion Data Integrity: Maintain and evolve our content taxonomy and tagging systems, ensuring every asset is searchable and reusable to drive measurable insights for the global marketing organization.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Orchestration: Facilitate the review and approval process across stakeholders, proactively identifying and resolving blockers to ensure zero-lag transitions between production stages.
  • Manage the Content DAM: Manage digital asset workflows, including archiving files, organizing content, and uploading/maintaining assets in our DAM system
  • Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Raleigh office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Operational Mastery: Proven expertise in coordinating marketing production or content operations, with a systematic approach to managing multi-stakeholder workflows and project dependencies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing project management tools (such as Asana) and CMS platforms (such as WordPress) to automate tracking and streamline digital publishing.
  • Strategic Communication: Ability to translate complex project statuses into clear action items for creative and technical teams, ensuring alignment and velocity without sacrificing quality.
  • Process Architecture: A natural problem-solver who identifies workflow inefficiencies and implements scalable solutions to improve the speed and quality of content delivery.
