We're Hiring! | Content Operations Specialist/Manager, UGC Community

Are you passionate about building user-generated content (UGC) communities from the ground up? Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where you can shape strategy, build systems, and engage creators? Weโ€™re looking for a Content Operations Specialist or Manager to lead the development and growth of a thriving content ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and whoโ€™s excited to own the full lifecycle of a content-driven community โ€” from creator recruitment to content quality, community engagement, and platform innovation.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Build and scale the UGC content ecosystem from 0 to 1
  • Develop and manage a creator system (KOCs/KOLs): discovery, recruitment, activation, and retention
  • Design incentive mechanisms and engagement programs to boost creator output and satisfaction
  • Plan and execute community events, interactive challenges, and content campaigns
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to enhance platform features and branded content initiatives
  • Monitor community trends and content performance to drive strategy using data analytics
  • Maintain content quality and safety, ensuring a positive user experience
  • Actively communicate with creators to address needs, gather feedback, and build loyalty

What Youโ€™ll Bring
