Job Description Summary:The E-commerce Content & Operations Specialist is responsible for the visual content and day-to-day operations of the company's B2B e-commerce platform. This role combines hands-on visual content production - banners, videos, and marketing assets - with e-commerce operations support such as promotion setup, product launch coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
The position ensures the platform's overall look & feel stays aligned with brand and company identity, while new products, promotions, and campaigns go live accurately and on time. The ideal candidate uses AI tools to work smarter - producing visual content faster and handling operational tasks more efficiently. The Specialist reports to the E-commerce Planning Manager and supports the needs of the Sales & Operations Management Department.Job Description:

Key Responsibilities


A. Visual Content Creation & Design (Core)

  • Create and manage online visual contents - website banners, infographics, GIF assets, and short-form promotional videos
  • Create and maintain Product Detail Page (PDP) contents design and image updates
  • Produce marketing and campaign contents in alignment with brand/company identity and business strategy
  • Leverage AI-based tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, generative image/video tools) to accelerate asset creation, ideation, and iteration while maintaining brand quality
  • Develop and maintain guidelines for how visual assets are displayed and used across the platform
  • Research trends and build mood boards to strengthen content strategy

B. Promotion Setup & Campaign Operations

  • Set up and configure on-site promotions, banners, and campaign content on the B2B platform
  • Coordinate promotion timing, accuracy, and display with Marketing and Sales stakeholders
  • QA promotional content, pricing, and display prior to go-live to prevent customer-facing errors

C. Product Launch Support

  • Support new product launches by ensuring listings, category pages, and promotional content are accurate, clear, and ready on time
  • Maintain product pages and improve how products are presented on the platform
  • Coordinate launch timelines and required assets across contributing teams

D. Cross-Functional Coordination & Process

  • Act as the connector across Marketing, Sales, IT, Operations, and Design to keep projects aligned on priorities and timelines, driving tasks through to completion
  • Apply AI tools to streamline operations - e.g., AI-assisted copy/content drafting, QA support, and workflow automation - to improve speed and accuracy of repetitive tasks
  • Document operational files and requirements, and help build simple, repeatable processes that scale
  • Support UX/UI testing and A/B experiments to improve the customer experience

E. Platform Content Management & Other Duties

  • Organize and maintain website contents
  • Support other department-related duties and ad-hoc tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate: We are especially interested in candidates who use AI to work smarter - whether creating visual content faster with generative AI tools, or handling operations more efficiently through AI-assisted workflows. Demonstrated ability or hands-on experience here is a strong differentiator.

Must-Haves

  • High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; video creation/editing capability (e.g., Premiere Pro or After Effects)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple concurrent requests and shifting priorities, delivering high-quality outcomes from start to finish
  • Strong, clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently while following overall management strategy, with full ownership of responsibilities

  • AI for content creation: hands-on experience using AI/generative tools for visual content (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, generative image/video, AI upscaling/retouching)
  • AI for operations: experience applying AI to improve efficiency (e.g., AI-assisted copywriting, prompt-based tools, workflow/QA automation)
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Odoo) and catalog/content management
  • Familiarity with promotion setup, product listing, or B2B commerce workflows
  • Basic comfort with spreadsheets/data and dashboard reading (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio) or a genuine willingness to learn
  • Some exposure to A/B testing, conversion optimization (CRO), or UI/UX basics

The anticipated compensation range is

22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly
