Internship Program Overview:

Our Futures Program is designed for students who want to gain real-world experience while making a meaningful impact. During this 10-week summer experience, participants work on hands-on projects, build connections with leaders and associates across Netsmart, and take part in professional development, networking, and social events. As a Future, you'll gain valuable skills, explore healthcare technology, and experience a culture built on collaboration, innovation, and purpose, all while contributing to work that truly matters. If you aren't local to the Kansas City Metro, we will have housing options for you available(certain criteria will have to be met to qualify for housing).

Client Alignment Representative Future Position Overview:

Support the growth and success of client relationships by partnering with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, align solutions to client goals, and drive adoption of Netsmart products and services. This role contributes to account planning, client engagement activities, and cross-functional collaboration to help clients achieve their strategic objectives and maximize value from their Netsmart partnership.

  • Support client relationship growth by engaging with client stakeholders and assisting with relationship management activities

  • Participate in client alignment planning efforts to identify opportunities for increased adoption of Netsmart solutions and services

  • Assist with identifying software, services, and consulting opportunities that align to client needs and strategic objectives

  • Communicate Netsmart solution offerings, technology platforms, and professional services capabilities to clients

  • Partner with sales, hosting, operations, and professional services teams to support client initiatives and business outcomes

  • Support account planning, documentation, and follow-up activities related to client engagements

  • Perform additional client alignment support activities as needed

Requirements

  • Rising Senior with graduation date for bachelors or masters of December 2027, May 2028
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable presenting information to client and internal audiences
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated customer service, sales, account management, or client-facing experience
  • Interest in healthcare technology and client relationship management
