About The Opportunity

The Creative Asset/Project Coordinator plays a critical role in organizing, protecting, and enabling access to creative digital assets for client account projects. This role blends an art-trained eye with strong technical and organizational skills to ensure creative assets are client approved, categorized and uploaded within a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. In addition, this role supports managing creative workflows, specifically facilitating client approvals through a web-based project management program.

Client Digital Asset Management

  • Upload, ingest, and maintain creative assets from internal teams to client Digital Asset Management (DAM) system

  • Coordinate with client marketing teams to define the visual direction for all special pack digital assets

  • Partner with internal designers to ensure assets are complete, approved, and usable for digital management system

  • Ensure assets are properly named, categorized, versioned, and uploaded according to established standards for the Asset library

  • Serve as a DAM support resource for basic questions and guidance

Artwork Management

  • Manage incoming client-artwork per marketing brief/project kick-off

  • Build projects in project management system

  • Support marketing teams while artwork is routing to keep aligned with timeline

  • Proof final digital asset prior to production

Creative & Art Knowledge Application

  • Use foundational art and design knowledge to identify visual styles, formats, and creative intent

  • Partner with designers and account teams to ensure assets/projects are complete and approved to move forward

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 0-2 years of related experience (internships, academic projects, or part-time work acceptable)

  • Knowledge of corrugated industry, advertising, P.O.P, and primary packaging preferred

  • Basic familiarity with creative file types (PSD, AI, EPS, highresolution images)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

  • Comfort working with digital files, databases, or file management systems

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to learn DAM systems, metadata standards, and asset governance best practices

Minimum Education/Experience:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Library Science, or a related field
    or

  • Equivalent combination of education, training, internships, or hands-on experience in a creative or asset-focused environment

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

Primarily based in an office environment

Frequent walking, standing, and verbal communication required

Occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs.)

The expected salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan and for a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; basic term life, AD&D, Short- and Long-term disability; EAP; 401(k) retirement savings plan; PTO and paid holidays.
