Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Graphic Designer with a passion for data-driven design to join our growing team! In this role, you'll create and coordinate graphic renderings for an established client base while contributing to large-scale, multi-location rebranding projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adept at interpreting and applying brand guidelines, and can work well both independently and in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop high-quality graphic renderings for an established client base, ensuring brand consistency across multiple locations.
  • Use collected field data and brand guidelines to produce accurate client reports and visual assets.
  • Read and interpret engineering and architectural construction plans, using scaling factors to validate signage fit and placement.
  • Support the planning and execution of branded asset rollouts, collaborating with internal teams.
  • Manage account-sensitive data, maintain detailed documentation, and ensure seamless communication across projects.
  • Perform photo manipulation and create accurate visual overlays to assist with project planning.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic knowledge of graphics software (Corel Draw, Sketch-Up 3D, InDesign, Auto-Cad)
  • Strong spatial awareness, design ability and aesthetic sense
  • Proficiency in Excel/Access programing ability to problem solve and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and manage time.
  • Understanding of Database Structure
  • Understanding of trigonometry and basic calculus for proper implementation of formulas in a data centric environment
  • Interest in large-scale branding projects and environmental graphics.
