We are looking for an internationally located Sales Development Rep to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, create insurance quotes, and help close new business. You will work with warm leads, conduct outbound prospecting, and take inbound calls. We offer hands-on training, mentorship, and a structured environment to help you grow into a top producer. We are looking for candidates who want a career with upward mobility.

- The base pay ranges from $4.00 - $7.50
- The daily commission average is an additional $25.00
- Annual bonuses can range up to $500, depending on agency performance

Responsibilities- Develop insurance quotes for new and existing clients
- Conduct cold calling and telephone prospecting
- Work warm leads and provide lead sources
- Cross-sell and round accounts to increase client value
- Deliver strong customer communication and follow-through
- Answer and transfer calls
Requirements- 1 year of prior sales experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Little to no foreign accent)
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with multi-line phone systems
- Tech-savvy and able to learn systems quickly
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent with outreach without much supervision
- Great time management skills
- People-oriented, friendly, personable.
