Job description

Your Role:
The Sr. Pricing Analyst is responsible for maintaining and improving pricing processes for Victoria's Secret International. A desire and ability to address a wide breadth of responsibility and variety of work (strategic and tactical) are important to succeed in this role. A successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment; is experienced with IT/digital tools; can flex between large data management and tactical planning; and is comfortable presenting to all management levels. Will contribute to operational excellence and provide governance for systems, process, and execution in support of pricing business objectives.
Your Impact:
  • Responsible for invoice cost maintenance for partner inventory buys
  • Performs business, financial, and operational analysis to help influence management decision-making on cost condition updates/maintenance
  • Owns annual price list update process for travel retail partners including invoice costing and retail pricing changes
  • Executes floorset setup files and maintains travel retail MSRP in partnership with key cross-functional teams
  • Responsible for the execution, maintenance, and communication of pricing strategies for international franchise and JV partners
  • Executes International Digital ticket pricing, redline pricing, and promotional pricing across multiple currencies
  • Serves as an effective liaison with senior leadership, merchandising, planning, technology, sourcing, production, and external partners
  • Supports multiple cross functional projects (including new market entry and technology initiatives)
  • Provides planned and ad hoc Finance and MP&A business analysis
  • Builds consistent and sustainable pricing practices to drive value across businesses
  • Energetically contributes towards innovation and improvement through continuous evaluation of process controls
