Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Merchandiser to support the assorting and management of the Men's & Women's assortment for the Franchise. This individual will be responsible for supporting the execution of the brand product strategy narrowing in on Franchise specific opportunities, managing the Franchise assortments for APAC, Middle East, and Mexico, helping to maintain a strong partnership between Product Merchandising teams and the International Sales team. To be effective in this role, the individual must be a strong communicator and an experienced merchandiser who's passionate about the performance apparel space, Vuori's mission and embody the brand's values.

What you'll get to do:

  • Develop comprehensive assortment strategies for Franchise, identifying product opportunities to deliver high growth expectations    
  • Create long range assortment plan for the Franchise markets, giving assortment growth direction by product segment and region 
  • Build and manage the seasonal assortment tools and line sheets required for Franchise 
  • Act as a liaison between the Product Merchandising teams (US & International) and the International Sales team 
  • Participate in all product milestones meetings to help represent the product needs of Franchise and ensure all assortment needs are met by the global assortment 
  • Seasonally, deliver product presentations to Franchise partner 
  • Collaborate with International DTC Retail teams on seasonal assortments and regional market needs 
  • Travel in market and attend tradeshows as needed 
  • Manage communication of all assortment changes and updates to International Sales team 
  • Partner with Planning to execute seasonal buys, ensuring global product and financial goals are met 
Qualifications

Who you are:

  • 7+ year merchandising experience 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred 
  • Wholesale and apparel experience preferred 
  • Strong understanding of the apparel market and trends 
  • Strong eye for relevant and trend right product that aligns with brand aesthetic  
  • Ability to travel domestically 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Illustrator

The salary range for this role is $118,000 per year - $150,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
