Our Newest Opportunity:

As a key member of OneDigital's Internal Communications team, the Internal Communications Manager plays a hands-on role in crafting compelling content that informs, aligns, and inspires our growing workforce. This position supports employee engagement and reinforces OneDigital's employer brand across internal platforms and select external channels.

You'll serve as a communications consultant to internal business partners-primarily across corporate departments (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) and regional leadership-providing strategic consultation, communications planning and executing campaigns that meet their business objectives.

This is a roll-up-your-sleeves content creation role focused on writing, publishing, and maintaining communication across our internal digital ecosystem. The successful candidate will have a strong mix of creative thinking, a service mindset and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute communications plans that support HR wellbeing programs, employee engagement, DEI&B, the internal launch of new products and services, and keeping our people informed about the overall strategic direction of the company.
  • Partner with Learning and Development and other teams to incorporate change management principles into communications strategies and tactics
  • Oversee the communications editorial calendar for email, intranet, events and internal social media
  • Write, edit, and publish internal content-including newsletters, leadership messages, talking points/presentations for town halls, intranet articles, maintaining the onedigital.com/careers site and social media posts
  • Collaborate with the Internal Brand Manager to create visuals, graphics, and short-form video content
  • Manage and update intranet pages and campaign content using Microsoft Viva/SharePoint
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to align messaging and publish employee-facing social media content
  • Monitor performance metrics and employee feedback to continuously improve communications effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a corporate communications and/or internal communications role, ideally with a large firm with a diverse employee base
  • Strong project management and time management experience required. Must be able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • BA degree in communications, journalism, business, marketing or related field
  • A team player who believes in the power of collaborative work, strong internal relationship building with a strong client service mindset
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of content across multiple channels
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, especially HR, IT, product development, marketing and sales teams.
  • Experience publishing and managing content via intranet platforms (Microsoft Viva/SharePoint preferred)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, and Appspace is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a service-oriented mindset
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
