To thrive as an Intern Manager, you need strong organizational skills, experience in team supervision, and a background in human resources or relevant field, often with a bachelor’s degree. Familiarity with onboarding systems, project management tools, and HR software is typically expected. Intern Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing internship programs within an organization. They coordinate the recruitment, onboarding, training, and daily supervision of interns, ensuring that both the interns and the company benefit from the experience.
