Job description

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Logistical Planning and Event Operations
a. Liaise with Office of Facilities Management as well as Mason Korea ITS to request and prepare advanced event support.
b. Data Collection and Analytics
c. Package and Deliveries Management
d. Creat supporting document for the purchasement


Desired qualifications.

1) Be proficient with design and editing software;
2) Be detail-oriented;
3) Be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel;
4) Be able to work independently and efficiently while prioritizing a number of different tasks; and
5) Demonstrate strong work ethic.
6) Experience with event planning required


Work Hours per student: 1 student(s). 15 hours/week.


Work Period: Aug 24 - Dec 18, 2026

Students must meet the following requirements:
1) Must have completed at least one semester at Mason Korea and have an official GPA record.
2) Be in good academic standing (Cumulative GPA of 2.00 or higher; or as required by the office).
3) Have enrolled as FT student in current semester. When working during the break, have completed enrollment in the upcoming semester.
A note on housing:
If applicable, selected work study students may apply for break IGC housing by May 12.
UL does not guarantee housing during the summer & winter breaks for the work & study program students who apply for the housing.
Work & Study students can reach out to UL Housing Staff or IGC housing office directly if they would like to receive more information about break housing.
The break housing is usually offered on a first-come, first served bases. Please note that the housing office cannot guarantee availability if all rooms are already occupied.
Work & Student students will follow the same procedure as other students (application period, payment deadline, etc.) if they are planning to apply for break housing at IGC.
