Overview

VTG is looking for a Systems Integrator in Chantilly, VA.

What will you do?
VTG is looking for a highly motivated Systems Integrator to join our team supporting an exciting customer organization operating in the cyber domain. The Systems Integrator (SI) will organize and manage technical teams and support cross-organizational initiatives. The successful candidate is self-motivated, ambitious, and hard-charging to identify needs and quickly execute to deliver results.
Do you have what it takes?
Basic Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI with Poly
  • 3 years of professional experience as a systems integrator or in a related coordination role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational, relationship building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience working process improvement and/or lean initiatives.
  • Experience building consensus across groups.
  • Experience with Agile tools, including Jira
  • Experience with writing requirements as features or user stories
  • Experience with business process improvement
  • Experience working and collaborating with technical staff and engineers
  • Experience with systems engineering or software development
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle Process and Agile development
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to perform in a high paced work environment with multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to think critically, using logic and reasoning toidentifythe strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
