Job Description:

We are seeking a Schedule Integratorto work at our rapidly growing facility in Camden, AR.

Thisposition resides with the Scheduling & Material Planning (SMP) functional Center of Excellence and is a direct report to the Senior Manager of Production Planning (Schedule Integration).

The Schedule Integrator is responsible for ensuring alignment between factory production schedules as loaded within the enterprise Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system and all Program / Product Line Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) milestone deliverables.

The Schedule Integrator partners with Scheduling, Material Planning, Manufacturing, Program Management leadership, and others to develop integrated schedules and delivery plan strategies required to achieve contracted deliverables / production rates. The Integrator identifies risks to both internal operating plans as well as delivery plans, and facilitates among cross-functional work teams to define mitigating actions. Additionally, the Integrator facilitates development of integrated schedules to support proposal activities and the on-boarding of new demand into the MRP system. The Integrator is also responsible for reporting on-time delivery performance.

The preferred candidate must be comfortable working with limited instruction, and collaborating with a variety of internal stakeholders to gather inputs and design solutions to achieve desired goals and objectives. The preferred candidate must thrive on taking initiative and be comfortable working tactically while also steering overall success of projects / initiatives with a strategic mindset employed.

This position will be 1st shift 6:30 am to 5:00 pm CST, and on the 4/10 schedule.

This position can be filled at this level as posted or one level higher/Lower.

Responsibilities:

Working under limited general direction:

  • 30% - Serve as point of contact for the SMP organization; help coordinate responses to business challenges; spearhead strategic initiatives. Support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), recovery planning, program proposals, improvement events/projects, and help deconflict shop floor schedule priority. Suggest improvement projects to management and delegate within team as approved. Leverage knowledge of scheduling, project management, Lean Six Sigma, technical skills, and others to deliver high quality workmanship.
  • 30% - Coordinate gap identification and resolution by using in-depth working knowledge, internal support network, and analysis of data from multiple systems with minimal direction. Integrate the program and production schedules so our execution can meet the program objectives. Monitor and contribute to the program onboarding process to translate the program's statement of work into an achievable production plan.
  • 20% - Coordinate teams to ensure major program objectives and program schedules are achievable. Integrate with COEs such as Operations, Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Finance. Coordinate teams to schedule non-recurring engineering (NRE) activities, production support items, and staffing plans.
  • 20% - Manage ad-hoc projects elected by the organization, program management, or site leadership with minimal supervision. Serve as spokesperson for the SMP organization concerning sound scheduling practices for both program and production scheduling. Recommend short- and long-term organizational improvements using sound LEAN thinking. As prime contact for the SMP organization, regularly interact with internal and external senior management representatives.


Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor's degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Management/Administration or other relevant discipline and at leastten (10) years of experience in a directly related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
