Job Summary

The Product AI Agentic Senior Manager will lead a team of product owners and product managers focused on complex end-user experiences and emerging digital commerce capabilities. This role will help lead the development of new digital commerce capabilities from concept through pilot and scale, enabling AI-driven experiences that connect consumers, brands, and financing solutions within emerging commerce platforms. The Senior Manager will maintain clarity for the team to ensure successful delivery of new and existing digital capabilities and collaborate with stakeholders across technology, platform, and business teams to align product goals. This role will also manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, helping shape the company's strategy for AI-enabled commerce experiences.


Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for emerging digital commerce capabilities, including AI-enabled and agent-driven commerce experiences. Align product goals with business objectives and oversee the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps supporting internal proofs of concept, brand pilots, and long-term platform development. - (40%)
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product features that support AI-driven commerce capabilities such as product discovery within LLM platforms, offer and financing presentment, and headless checkout integrations. Manage the product development lifecycle and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across product initiatives. - (30%)
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps supporting internal proofs of concept, brand pilots, and scalable platform capabilities that enable AI-driven commerce experiences. Ensure alignment of team activities to the overall product strategy and roadmap. - (20%)
  • Communicate team progress, pilot outcomes, and strategic insights to senior leadership. Act as a liaison between product, engineering, platform, and business teams to support alignment on emerging agentic commerce opportunities and long term scale & commercialization - (10%)


Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management or related field such as business analysis or project management, including experience delivering digital platform capabilities or integrated technology solutions.
  • 5+ years of direct leadership experience.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Information Technology or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Information Technology, financial services, payments, or digital commerce platforms.
  • Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps supporting modern digital ecosystems such as AI platforms, conversational interfaces, marketplace integrations, or embedded commerce experiences.
  • Experience with Agentic Commerce frameworks and protocols (UPC, ACP, AP2, MCP) and operationalizing agentbased AI systems built on platforms such as Gemini or ChatGPT.

Salary Range (unless otherwise noted below):

$134,400.00 - $278,200.00

Full Salary Range for position:

California: $154,500.00 - $347,700.00Colorado: $134,400.00 - $292,100.00New York: $147,800.00 - $347,700.00Washington: $141,100.00 - $319,900.00Maryland: $141,100.00 - $306,000.00Washington DC: $154,500.00 - $319,900.00Illinois: $134,400.00 - $306,000.00New Jersey: $154,500.00 - $319,900.00Vermont: $134,400.00 - $278,200.00Ohio: $134,400.00 - $278,200.00Maine: $134,400.00 - $278,200.00Connecticut: $147,800.00 - $306,000.00Virginia: $134,400.00 - $278,200.00

The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.


You must be work authorized in the United States on a full time basis without the need for any sponsorship now or in the future from any employer or organization. The Company cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders.

Bread Financial offers medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits (including basic and optional life insurance, supplemental medical plans, and short and long-term disability) to eligible associates (regular full-time associates scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more) and their spouses/domestic partners, and child(ren) under the age of 26. New associate elected coverage begins on date of hire (with the exception of disability coverage which has a 6-month waiting period). Six weeks of 100% paid parental leave for eligible parents is available after a 180-day waiting period. Hired associates can immediately enroll in Bread Financial's 401(k) plan.

All associates receive 11 paid holidays. Associates have discretion in managing their time away from work through the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program and may need to notify and receive approval from their manager prior to taking the time off. Associates (except those located in Illinois) receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time ("PSST") upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.

Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December. You will be eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.
