Client Success Data & Integrations Manager

Role Overview

The Client Success Data & Integrations Manager leads the Client Success Data and Integrations functions, ensuring clients receive exceptional support across data management, connected systems, and technical onboarding experiences.

This leader is responsible for developing people, advancing team capabilities, and helping define the future of how client data and integrations support program success. They partner closely with Client Success, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to improve scalability, reduce friction, and drive adoption of new technologies.

Primary Focus:

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and develop Data Consultants, Data Advisors, Data Strategists, and Integration Specialists.

  • Establish clear career paths, coaching plans, and growth opportunities.

  • Build a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous learning, and client focus.

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure reliable execution of client data and integration processes.

  • Monitor team performance, quality, capacity, and service levels.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

  • Drive standardization and process improvement initiatives.

Governance, Security & Compliance

  • Ensure client data and integration solutions adhere to company security, privacy, governance, and compliance standards.

  • Partner with Security, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to mitigate risk while enabling scalable client solutions.

  • Establish and maintain best practices for data stewardship, data quality, system access, and operational controls.

  • Promote responsible adoption of new technologies, automation, AI, and connected platform capabilities.

Client Leadership & Escalation Management

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex or high-impact client data, integration, and operational challenges.

  • Balance client advocacy with company objectives to drive successful outcomes and maintain long-term trust.

  • Partner with Client Success and Sales leaders to improve client adoption, retention, scalability, and overall business value.

  • Provide strategic guidance to clients navigating evolving data, integration, and technology landscapes.

Strategic Direction

  • Define the future vision for client data and integration services.

  • Champion adoption of emerging technologies, automation, AI, APIs, and platform capabilities.

  • Help clients and internal teams prepare for changing technology landscapes.

  • Influence product and platform direction through client insights and operational expertise.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, Sales, and Client Success leaders.

  • Align data and integration capabilities with broader organizational priorities.

  • Lead major initiatives involving client data, integrations, and digital transformation.

  • Serve as an escalation point for high-impact client situations.

Experience & Education

  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing data management, integrations, technology services, operations, consulting, or related business functions.

  • 2+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing teams and individual contributors.

  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives involving Client Success, Product, Engineering, Operations, Security, Sales, or other business stakeholders.

  • Experience managing client data solutions, system integrations, APIs, technical onboarding, enterprise software implementations, or related technologies.

  • Proven ability to drive process improvement, automation, scalability, and operational excellence initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, security, and compliance principles.

  • Experience supporting complex client environments and serving as an escalation point for critical business or technical issues preferred.

  • Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and translate technical capabilities into meaningful business and client outcomes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
