Job description

We are looking for an adept Integrations Engineer to join our team at ConexED. This role not only focuses on integrating cutting-edge educational technology solutions into existing systems at educational institutions but also involves direct interactions with customers, facilitating discussions and technology coordination between clients and our support teams. Your contributions will be pivotal in enhancing the operational efficiency and technological offerings at colleges and universities.

Responsibilities:
  • Align integration efforts with the organization's broader objectives, enhancing operational efficiency, data management, and customer experience.
  • Manage the seamless integration of systems including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Student Information Systems (SIS), CRM platforms, and other educational technologies.
  • Oversee API usage and ensure robust data governance across systems.
  • Handle project management from concept to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders such as IT departments and academic staff to ascertain integration requirements and address challenges.
  • Promote inter-departmental communication to ensure integration efforts satisfy varied institutional needs.
  • Support a framework for promptly addressing technical issues post-integration.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs for end-users and IT staff on newly integrated systems.
  • Work closely with the CIO to implement monitoring tools for integrated systems and establish feedback mechanisms for continual improvement.
  • Utilize data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of integration strategies and guide organizational decision-making.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in software integration within educational settings or similar complex technological environments.
  • Experience with integrating Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, and Peoplesoft SIS systems.
  • Strong management capabilities with experience managing the operational aspects of technology integration.
  • Process-oriented with excellent project management skills and a history of completing projects on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms, LMS, SIS, and API management.
  • Effective collaboration skills with both customer stakeholders and internal departments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
