Job Description


This role represents an opportunity to strengthen IMDEX’s finance integration capability during a key period of execution. The Finance Integration Manager will lead the finance integration stream across IMDEX acquisitions, working in conjunction with the Integration Management Office to deliver the finance integration plan. Reporting to the Head of FP&A and Global Business Finance, this is a 12-month contract based primarily at our Salt Lake City office with potential travel opportunities to acquired sites. We are seeking a self-starter who is eager to learn about new businesses, passionate about systems and processes, and capable of partnering with stakeholders to drive and implement change.


Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the finance integration stream for newly acquired entities into IMDEX
• Partner with finance leads from acquired entities to align processes, reporting and data quality to IMDEX standards
• Identify opportunities for streamlining processes, systemisation and optimisation aligned to IMDEX’s finance transformation strategy
• Work with the Integration Management Office (IMO) to align finance integration with the broader IMDEX integration plan
• Review and support acquired entities with the adoption of IMDEX group accounting policies, IFRS requirements, risks and compliance
• Assist and support finance leads with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis to support executive management

Requirements:


• Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CA or CPA designation
• Minimum of 10 years of experience gained within a global/multinational organization or Big Four environment
• Demonstrated experience leading M&A integration activities within global and complex organizations
• Experience managing teams and financial processes
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically as required
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, technical accounting (IFRS), management accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
• Strong governance framework, process discipline, and data management practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail
• Strong planning, scheduling, and prioritization skills
• Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo
