Description:
The Senior Integration Manager is highly detailed oriented; motivated self-starter; has excellent organizational skills and passion for excellence, team building and values innovation and success. While this role is a non-development role, he/she should have effective problem-solving skills and have sound understanding of system landscapes. He/she is capable to roll up their sleeves to investigate issues and identify solutions as needed. They will also, develop in-depth knowledge of business requests, priorities, and impacts to be able to effectively manage the team. This person must be very self-driven and very fast learner to be able to adapt to the fast paced work environment.
The Sr. Integration Manager will also handle the release management process, and is responsible for approving application deployments, performing application releases, including rollouts, system configurations, store and track release notes and perform internal application/system upgrades across different system environments.
Essential Job Functions
  • Own the Integration requirements for project implementation starting from project planning to project closure - coordinating with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and technical developers to manage project timelines, milestones, and business expectations
  • Leads team responsible for producing architecture, design, code, tests, documentation, and other artifacts as required to guide all integration development
  • Building strong relationship with the internal teams and client(s)
  • Leading project meetings (technical workshops, kick-offs, steering committees, and status meetings, etc.)
  • Provide leadership and direction for major incidents. Able to understand all facets of the issue, maintain control and effectively deescalate the matter
  • Managing team - Setting team goals, hosting staff meetings and provide coaching to direct reports and participate in recruitment process. Setting team priorities, triage support tickets, host staff meetings, coaching and ensure internal/external service level (SLA) agreements are met.
  • Participate in continuous improvements, process management, and implement team process changes Other duties as assigned

Other Skills/Abilities
  • Must be a player/coach - demonstrating strong architectural and implementation skills and leadership
  • 5+ years of ETL development or project management experience with any leading platforms
  • (Informatica/Boomi/Talend/Sterling Integrator). Boomi experience preferred.
  • Experience working with Web API/Services (JSON/XML) to develop real-time integrations with
  • internal/external systems
  • In-depth knowledge of relational databases and extensive experience with SQL scripting
  • (TSQL/DDL/DML) - SQL Server preferred
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Ruby) for transformation requirements
  • Knowledge for freight forwarding and warehouse applications a plus
  • Any experience in Microsoft Development Stack is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal skills, both business and technical
  • Ability to work independently and remain focused under time constraints
  • Experience in trouble shooting with a penchant to provide high quality work is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
  • Experience leading development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

Education /Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
  • preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience sufficient.
  • Strong preference is given to those who have continued to upgrade their skills through education,training, and certifications.
  • 3+ Years leading technical cross-functional Agile teams
  • 5+ years practical system integration experience and/or business-related experience
  • 3+ years of managing and growing a team responsible for enterprise integrations and/or business-related teams
  • 5+ years of ETL development or project management experience with any leading platforms - (Informatica/Boomi/Talend/Sterling Integrator). Boomi experience preferred.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Experience with Dell Boomi, IBM Sterling Integrator, Informatica, or Mulesoft
  • Hands-on with experience with Azure cloud offerings
