Job description

Overview The Senior Manager of Enterprise Integrations is responsible for leading the strategy, design, development, and operation of the organization's enterprise integration platform. With MuleSoft as the primary integration tool, this role enables seamless connectivity across point of sale, gaming platform, loyalty, digital platforms, and core enterprise systems. The role partners closely with business leaders, application owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure integrations that support player and playmaker experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the enterprise integration strategy and roadmap, aligned with business goals across our venue and corporate systems.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration engineers and technical leads using the MuleSoft platform.

Oversee the design and delivery of APIs and integrations supporting all our primary systems.

Champion API led connectivity and reusable integration assets to accelerate delivery and reduce redundancy.

Establish and enforce integration standards, patterns, best practices, and governance, including API lifecycle management, versioning, security, and documentation.

Partner with enterprise architecture, security, digital, and infrastructure teams to ensure integrations meet performance, scalability, reliability, and compliance requirements.

Support both real time and event driven use cases, including high traffic, real-time integrations, and batch processing solutions.

Manage MuleSoft platform operations, licensing, vendor relationships, and cost optimization.

Ensure operational excellence through monitoring, alerting, incident management, and SLA adherence.

Collaborate with product, application, and business stakeholders to intake demand, prioritize work, and deliver integrations on schedule.

Stay current on MuleSoft capabilities and integration trends, recommending enhancements and continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in enterprise integration, middleware, or API management in a complex environment.

3+ years of people management experience leading technical teams.

Strong hands-on experience with the MuleSoft platform, including CloudHub, Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, and DataWeave.

Deep understanding of API-led architecture, RESTful services, common integration patterns, and K8s.

Experience integrating SaaS, cloud, and onpremise systems such as Toast, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, and AWS services (Elasticache, EKS, SNS/SQS, Route53, data warehouses).

Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable, resilient technical solutions.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

MuleSoft certifications (Developer, Architect, or Platform Architect).

Experience with event driven architectures and messaging platforms (e.g., Kafka, JMS).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code.

Experience in regulated or large scale enterprise environments.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
