Job description

Overview
As Colliers Engineering & Design continues to grow, we're looking for a marketing professional with strong project management skills to help turn integration strategies into action. As part of our growing Marketing Integrations team, the Marketing Integrations Specialist will coordinate rebranding initiatives, marketing activations, and cross-functional integration projects that help newly acquired firms successfully transition into the CED family. This role offers the opportunity to work across marketing disciplines and business functions to coordinate impactful marketing programs that elevate our brand, expand capabilities in the market, and support growth.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement; however, candidates must be able to work regularly from our San Antonio, TX office to support collaboration and business needs.
Responsibilities
Marketing Integration:
  • Coordinate and support execution of marketing integration initiatives from acquisition close through brand transition and activation.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for marketing integration questions from acquired firms.
  • Partner with design, communications, web/digital, CRM, and business development teams to coordinate integration-related marketing deliverables.
  • Coordinate rebranding assets, website updates, collateral, and other brand transition materials in alignment with approved brand and integration strategies.
  • Support marketing campaigns, communications, activations, and launch activities that position acquired firms within the CED brand and promote expanded capabilities.

Project Management and Coordination:
  • Support development and maintenance of integration roadmaps, project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting.
  • Track progress across integration initiatives using Smartsheet, Monday.com, and other project management tools.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and track action items and follow-up activities.
  • Develop presentations, status updates, and stakeholder communications to support integration planning, decision-making, and launch readiness.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors supporting integration initiatives.
  • Escalate risks, issues, and timeline concerns to the Marketing Integrations Manager as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement of marketing integration processes, templates, tools, and documentation.

Qualifications
  • Associate's required or Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business Administration or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, brand management, marketing operations, project management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with mergers & acquisitions, rebranding or experience working within matrixed organizations is a plus.
  • Strong project coordination, organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Understanding of marketing production workflows, including creative development, branding, communications, and content execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and follow up effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com or similar platforms.
  • Interest or experience in mergers & acquisitions, rebranding, or change management is a plus.
  • Self-starter who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated general computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
