The Connections "Day Hab" Program is looking for full-time community integration coaches. Applicants must be energetic, flexible, creative, and work as a team player. This position provides community services to individuals and assists them in being successful and accomplishing their individual program objectives. The Community Integration position assists and incorporates activities to enhance individuals' physical, intellectual, and emotional development, daily living activities, and social skills through community inclusion. Applicants must be computer literate and able to provide accurate documentation. Requirements include: a good driving record and being able to obtain or have a Chauffeur's license and New Hope Med Manager Certification.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, write, and perform simple arithmetic calculations.
Must have and maintain a good driving record and be insurable.
