Job description

Seeking a Payment Integrations Analyst with experience in payment processing, integrations, and payment technology platforms. The role will support payment solutions by analyzing transaction flows, managing integrations with payment providers, and identifying opportunities to improve payment performance and reliability.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Analyze and support payment integrations with gateways, processors, and third-party payment providers.
  • Work with payment vendors and partners to troubleshoot issues and optimize payment workflows.
  • Support payment processing activities including authorization, settlement, and transaction lifecycle management.
  • Analyze transaction data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support merchant payment configurations including Merchant IDs (MIDs) and payment setups.
  • Evaluate payment processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with business, technical teams, and external partners to resolve payment-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in payment processing, payment integrations, payment operations, or related payment technology roles.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Payment gateways and processors
    • Acquiring banks/acquirers
    • Merchant IDs (MIDs)
    • Authorization and settlement processes
    • Credit card and card-not-present (CNP) transactions
    • Point-of-sale (POS) payment systems
    • Tokenization and payment security concepts
  • Experience working with payment vendors and third-party service providers.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business analysis skills.
  • Ability to analyze transaction data and provide actionable insights.
