This position provides financial support and analytics to Codman Specialty Surgical (CSS) division. Analyses include but are not limited to revenue and expense results and forecasts - including the annual budget and strategic plans, and ongoing revenue trend, pricing and volume analysis. Additionally, the senior analyst will play a significant role in the analyzing and reporting of monthly and quarterly results. Other detailed analyses will be required on an ad hoc basis.
This is a hybrid full-time position based at our Princeton, NJ headquarters, requiring on-site presence Tuesday through Thursday.
Primary responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate with sales management and sales operations to assist in preparation of incentive compensation plans and models, including scenario planning and insight generation in impact of revenue trends on the incentive compensation plans
  • Calculating run rates and identifying trends in the business
  • Providing financial support to evaluate the annual budget, the long-term strategic business plan, and the periodic forecasting processes
  • Perform actual vs forecast variance analysis; Business partnering with department leads in managing spend within budget
  • Support financial reporting with process improvement mindset such as report automation
  • Participation in the development and preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly business financial review packages which are presented to various levels of management including the CEO and CFO
  • Building strong reporting relationships with business partners at all CSS locations to improve communication and understanding of the business
  • Assisting with the overall achievement of the division's and company's financial targets
  • Working closely with the corporate accounting team to support the monthly close process
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses as needed

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required. CPA, CMA and/or MBA is a plus, but not required
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or accounting roles, preferably in FP&A
• Proven ability to meet deadlines; Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal communication; Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with multidimensional databases such as Hyperion, BPC or OneStream is a plus
• Experience with Power BI, COGNOS, and Oracle is a plus
Salary Pay Range:
$81,650.00 - $112,700.00 USD Salary
