Weekend Intake / Clinical Supervisor

The Holyoke Visiting Nurse Association, Inc., established in 1905, is dedicated to providing quality skilled care to individuals in the comfort of their home. We coordinate and deliver comprehensive, cost-effective services, including nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social work and home health aide care. In addition, we are committed to promoting community health through education and special programs.

Position Summary: The Weekend Intake / Clinical Supervisor ensures the provision of quality nursing service by assigning staff, providing ongoing direction, guidance and evaluation of hospice nurses, and insures that professional standards are maintained. Assesses request for hospice service and initiates measures to provide for meeting identified service needs.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s in nursing (BSN) required Current MA RN License required One (1) to three (3) years of Hospice or Home Health Care required
