Location: Chapel Hill, NC (On-site)

Position Overview

A well-regarded Boutique law firm located in Chapel Hill is seeking an organized and professional Legal Administrative Assistant to manage day-to-day office operations and support frontline client relations.



Duties

· Handle communications with clients and others

· Organize transactional materials and documents

· Prepare and transmit documents (e.g., file, record, email, mail, etc.)

· Manage attorney calendars

· Maintain client contacts


The ideal candidate will have a fundamental understanding of legal concepts and processes, the ability to support a busy attorney, and clear and professional communication with colleagues and clients. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:


· Working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and PDF

· Working knowledge of WordPerfect, Excel, and PowerPoint a plus
