Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Legal Analyst - Litigation to support the Corporate Legal Team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of time management, technology acumen and interpersonal skills to help drive the effectiveness of the Legal Department.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide litigation support to attorneys handling a wide range of litigation, administrative and arbitration matters by maintaining and organization litigation files, case trackers and matter management systems.
  • Take an active role in matter intake by processing notices of claims and service of legal process.
  • Conduct factual research on issues relevant to pending or anticipated disputes by identifying witnesses, gathering necessary documents and summarizing findings.
  • Assist in the identification of relevant subject matter experts within the Company and the collection of information and documents from such individuals for use in case matters.
  • Track court deadlines, filing dates, maintain litigation calendars and proactively flag upcoming obligations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for outside counsel on administrative matters and review legal invoices against billing guidelines.
  • Review case budgets and monitor case budget against actual spend by matter.
  • Prepare litigation status reports, budget analyses and trend summaries for leadership; Maintain dashboards on case volume, spend and outcomes.
  • Assist with litigation hold notices, custodian tracing and preservation compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline litigation workflows, templates and internal processes.
  • Assist with overflow projects and responsibilities in the Legal Department as needed

Qualifications
  • 3 plus years of experience in litigation support, paralegal, or legal operations role
  • Familiarity with matter management platforms
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented; ability to review and understand accounting or financial information
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs, Teams, and Adobe Programs
