Now Hiring: Legal Clerk | Carrollton, GA

Vector Talent Solutions is a veteran-owned workforce solutions firm dedicated to helping organizations identify, attract, and hire top talent. We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Legal Clerk for our client, in Carrollton, Georgia.

This is a full-time, in-office position supporting an active legal practice. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a law office, court system, legal department, or other professional administrative environment and will be comfortable handling confidential information, managing documents, assisting clients, and supporting attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day case needs.

Position Details

  • Location: Carrollton, GA
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Work Environment: In-office
  • Local candidates within approximately one hour of Carrollton are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with client intake, scheduling, telephone calls, and front-office support.
  • Open, organize, maintain, and close physical and electronic case files.
  • Scan, copy, upload, label, and file legal documents, correspondence, records, and exhibits.
  • Prepare routine correspondence, document templates, notices, mailing materials, and basic legal forms under attorney or paralegal direction.
  • Maintain calendars for appointments, court dates, deadlines, meetings, and follow-up tasks.
  • Request, collect, and organize medical records, employment records, insurance information, court documents, and other supporting materials.
  • Assist with document preparation for filings, hearings, meetings, and client appointments.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, medical providers, insurance companies, agencies, and other outside contacts.
  • Support the legal team with general administrative and office tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a law office, legal department, court system, or professional office setting is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, email, calendaring, scanning, and electronic document management.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology, court procedures, electronic filing systems, or case-management software is a plus.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive client and case information.
  • Dependable attendance, reliable transportation, and a professional demeanor are required.
