The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and bilingual Senior Legal Intake Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. This role sits at the intersection of sales and client advocacy, serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients. With a consultative approach, you will evaluate leads, assess case eligibility, and guide families through the decision to move forward with our firm. This is a high-energy, metrics-driven sales role that rewards empathy, persistence and a commitment to excellent sales performance. ***Hiring Bonus for experienced Senior Legal Intake candidates***
What You'll Do
  • Serve as a strong closer for prospective immigration and criminal clients.
  • Evaluate and qualify leads, identifying the most appropriate legal pathways.
  • Convert consultations into retained clients through trust building and effective communication.
  • Explain retainers, payment plans, and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with Remote Case Analysts to ensure smooth client handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and documentation platforms.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Process client payments and complete intake documentation.
  • Provide a high level of empathy and professionalism when assisting clients in sensitive situations

Requirements
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.
4+ years of immigration and criminal intake sales experience.
• Hiring bonus for candidates with legal intake or immigration services intake experience.
• Skilled at closing deals or converting leads into paying clients.
• Experience working in KPI or metrics-driven environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle high-volume client interactions
• Familiar with CRM systems such as Clio, Zoho, or similar platforms preferred
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Client first mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
