Client Service Representative (CSR) - Commercial Insurance
Hybrid | Competitive Benefits
An award winning independent family-owned insurance agency with deep roots in the Greater Baltimore Area is seeking a skilled Client Service Representative (CSR) to join its growing commercial team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong servicing background, ready to support the commercial account managers and clients in securing tailored coverage solutions. Youโ€™ll play a central role by managing the back office and maintaining system integrity-all while contributing to a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare ID Cards, Certificates of Insurance, and Evidence of Property Insurance
  • Monitor and follow up on Direct Notices of Cancellation (DNOCs)
  • Assist with Quoting
  • Support Billing by preparing invoices, following up on payments, and responding to inquiries
  • Process Endorsement Requests
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-ups
