You will beinteracting with clients to determine their insurance needs and find the policy that will best benefit them whilefollowing uptoensure satisfaction. We are a small office and get along well with others and show our appreciation in any way we can. Our work hours are 8:30 to 4:30 with 1 hour for lunch. Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Prepare timely and complete insurance quotes for customers.
  • Round out accounts by offering additional personal lines coverages.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to improve retention.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
  • Ethical conduct at all times.
Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty license preferred.
  • Experience with Agency Management Systems such AMS360 or similar software.
  • Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
