Job description

We're looking for a high-performing, client-focused sales professional with deep experience in personal lines insurance and a passion for delivering exceptional service. You'll work exclusively with inbound warm leads - think referrals, web inquiries, and marketing campaigns - and your role is to take those leads from interest to policy, all while providing a standout experience.

You need to be confident on the phone. This is a proactive, high-touch sales role where building trust through conversation is key. You're the kind of person who's organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy - and who takes pride in doing things right the first time.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to a steady flow of warm, inbound leads
  • Deliver a consultative, high-touch sales experience over phone and email
  • Guide prospects from quote to bind with professionalism and efficiency
  • Cross-sell and upsell where it makes sense for the client
  • Document all client activity and notes in AMS360
  • Move the lead through the appropriate stages in the AgencyZoom sales pipeline
  • Navigate carrier portals, Singlepoint, DocuSign, Word, and Outlook like a pro
  • Stay organized and accurate while managing a high volume of leads
  • Be a voice and face of Risman that clients genuinely enjoy working with
Requirements
  • 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience (required)
  • Proven sales success - you've hit targets, exceeded goals, and know how to close
  • Active Property Casualty license
  • Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
  • Deep familiarity with AMS360
  • Comfort using multiple platforms, tools, and carrier sites
  • Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, referral-driven environment
