This is a full-time role as a Commercial Lines Account Manager at S P AGENCY, INC. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing and servicing commercial lines accounts, providing account management services, offering customer service, handling employee benefits, and working with various insurance products. The role is primarily based in our Blue Ash, OH office with the availability for a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Marketing New/Renewal Business: Gathering information as needed, completing applications in the Management System (AMS360), creating a submission, sending out to carriers and monitoring the renewal or new business process.
  • Quotes/Proposals: Reviewing quotes for accuracy and preparing the proposal for the meeting with the insured.
  • Binding: Responsible for making sure all coverages are bound as requested, sending out all binders, ID cards and Certificates as needed.
  • Service Book of Business: Responding to all email, mail, and phone requests for a book of business.
  • Process Change Requests and Endorsements.
  • Audit: Processing and Disputes.
  • Claims: Take calls from clients for new claims and submit to our in house claims manager for processing. Handle any questions or follow up calls as needed from insured or adjuster in conjunction with our in house claims manager.
  • Invoicing agency/direct billed items.
  • Maintaining client electronic files using the proper agency procedures and standards.
  • Certificates of Insurance

Requirements
  • OH P&C Insurance License
  • Minimum 5 years of Commercial Lines client support/management
  • Align with company values & engage with SP Attitude
  • Willingness to work effectively within a team and be adaptable
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organization skills and computer skills and experience with AMS360
  • Complex client problem solving experience
  • Familiar with Marketing Process
