Responsibilities:

• Self-generate a minimum of 10 to 12 leads monthly (auto, home, condo policies) • Actively communicate with current and potential policyholders, understanding their individual insurance needs.

• Provide personalized insurance solutions to clients through a detailed understanding of their circumstances.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts and convert them into satisfied clients.

• Suggest and set up insurance plans tailored to protect clients from potential risks. • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance client portfolios with additional coverages or policy upgrades.

• Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and strategies for best service practices.

• Stay informed on industry trends and state regulations impacting insurance offerings. Requirements

• Must hold a valid Property & Casualty License for the state of Georgia.

• Georgia and/or North Carolina Life license preferred.

• Previous experience in insurance sales, with a minimum of 2 years preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

• Strong commitment to understanding and fulfilling customer needs.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a hybrid remote working environment.

• Proficient in working collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.

• Basic proficiency in using CRM systems and common office software.
