We are currently seeking a highly-motivated associate to join our Insurance Recovery and Counseling practice group in our dynamic Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience counseling and representing policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation, including arbitrations.
Qualifications:
โ€ข Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
โ€ข Admission to the state bar and in good standing or ability to become admitted promptly
โ€ข Minimum of 2-4 years of experience
โ€ข Analyze and interpret complex insurance policies, endorsements, exclusions, and coverage frameworks
โ€ข Excellent written and verbal communication skills
โ€ข Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
โ€ข Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines effectively
โ€ข Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team oriented environment
โ€ข High degree of professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail

Base Compensation $225,000 - $270,000/ year
The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
