Support the successful launch and adoption of Moderation Hub by developing and coordinating the integrated launch readiness strategy across Product, Ad Policy/Moderation, Operations, PMM, L&D, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and other partner teams.

Readiness Strategy and program integration


Develop and manage the integrated launch and readiness strategy that aligns all readiness workstreams toward successful Moderation hub rollout.


  • Develop and maintain the integrated Launch & Readiness Strategy and plan
  • Define the overall readiness approach, sequencing, milestones, and governance model
  • Translate launch objectives into coordinated work across Training, Communications, Business Readiness, and Technical Readiness.
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning to define launch activities and resolve gaps
  • Establish readiness criteria and facilitate launch checkpoints.
  • Proactively identify risks to launch and readiness and work with functional owners to develop mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate readiness activities across Product, Ad Policy, PMM, RevOps, TED, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholder groups
