Job Summary:
Chubb Benefits is a well-established company in the insurance industry, seeking a Product Development Analyst to enhance their insurance product portfolio. The role involves supporting competitive analysis, product development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective product implementation.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Help review and edit marketing materials and collateral, maintain product support tools, as well as develop and update product training and documentation for multiple sale channels.
โ€ข Assist with the design and development of innovative, competitive and compelling products to consistently maintain market leadership and capitalize on new growth opportunities
โ€ข Assist with benchmarking competitor offerings and industry practices, analyze competitor state product filings, review proposals, marketing materials, social media and attend industry conferences in order to stay industry leading carrier
โ€ข Participate in cross functional collaboration with Legal/Compliance, Actuarial, Group Underwriting and new Business Operations, IT and Claims to maintain products. This includes helping review, draft and revise insurance contract language and product documentation. Work with Compliance to monitor and report on our product filings and update tracking reports.
