Job description

Pioneer Agency is a fast-growing insurance agency providing life insurance, health insurance, and retirement solutions to individuals and families. We are seeking motivated candidates to join our team as insurance agents. No prior licensing or insurance experience is required; Pioneer Agency provides step-by-step licensing assistance, comprehensive training, and ongoing mentorship to support career growth in insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to assess life, health, and retirement insurance needs and develop tailored recommendations.
  • Present and explain insurance product options clearly, including life insurance, health insurance, and retirement products.
  • Provide ongoing client support, maintain long-term relationships, and deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Manage and prioritize leads, conduct outreach and follow-up using company systems (training provided).
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Meet individual performance objectives and contribute to team sales goals and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer-service orientation.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, goal-oriented, and committed to developing a career in insurance sales.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company systems and sales tools.
  • No prior insurance license required; prior sales or client-service experience is a plus.
