WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Product Development Manager will manage various aspects of product development and portfolio management to help meet organizational goals. This role will be responsible for helping to develop new products and features, manage relationships (with OEMs, Sales, Legal and other stakeholders), project approvals and communication, business process improvement, project management and claims management across all HCI and OEM programs.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

1. Relationship Management: Own touchpoints with key stakeholders (internal and external) including sales, OEMs, marketing, legal/compliance, etc., which includes meeting management, minutes, action items, and reporting.

2. Product Development: Lead development for HCI core product suite updates and new product launches from end to end (ideation to product launch). Post-launch performance monitoring and reporting.

3. Form Development: Lead development of consumer-facing product forms and all regulatory and compliance requirements related to the forms.

4. Leadership alignment: Provide support in obtaining necessary alignment and approvals from leadership for all required new or updated products.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

        Minimum 5-7 progressive experience with product development and analytical frameworks

        Experience working on insurance or finance products a plus. Education, Certification, Training

        Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Marketing, Sales Management, Business, or related field.

        Master's degree in related field a plus. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

        Strong analytical skills with proven ability to summarize data and draw insights.

        Intermediate skills in languages such as Python/SQL/SAS or other data querying languages a plus.

        Proficient with Microsoft Office

        Strong interpersonal skills and building relationships.

        Strong verbal and written communication skills.

        Resourceful and innovative problem-solving skills with a focus on how to get tasks completed
