Company Description
Wise Dollar Insurance, operating as Excellat Insurance & Consulting, is an independent Scottsdale-based brokerage with access to the carriers that matter in personal lines, including Safeco, Travelers, Nationwide, National General, and Progressive. We write preferred households that need more than a captive agent can deliver.
This is not a transactional call-center seat. The right agent builds a real practice, develops lasting client relationships, and is compensated as a producer rather than a CSR with a quota.
For the right person, minority ownership in the firm is on the table. Equity vests with tenure and production, with a clear valuation methodology so the stake is a real asset, not a promise. A minority owner participates in the actual economic growth of Wise Dollar, meaning every renewal, every cross-sell into commercial or benefits, and every referral directly builds personal wealth.
Base salary, commission on new and renewal business, firm ownership upside, and full benefits. Flexible work arrangement. Direct access to the firm's principal and a voice in how the personal lines practice is built.
If you want to own your outcomes, this is the seat.
