Location: United States (Remote / Hybrid)
Travel: 50%
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive / Strategic Hunter with strong experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain to drive new business acquisition and large deal closures. The role focuses on selling IT and business services to P&C carriers, MGAs, MGUs, and reinsurers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new P&C insurance clients
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and drive deal closures
  • Engage with senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders
  • Understand client requirements and position relevant IT and business solutions
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles for large and complex deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams for solutioning and proposal development
  • Work with partners and platforms for joint opportunities

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10-15+ years of experience in IT services sales
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in P&C insurance domain
  • Proven track record of closing large deals ($1M+ TCV)
  • Experience working with P&C insurers, MGAs, MGUs, or reinsurers
  • Strong understanding of P&C Lines of Business (Commercial, Personal, Specialty)
  • Experience in selling transformation and IT services solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar platforms
  • Exposure to cloud, data, and digital transformation services
