About the Role

Join a fast-growing, multi-carrier insurance service team supporting clients across 46 states and 10+ lines of business. As an Insurance Support Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering warm, professional support to our clients. You'll handle email and chat inquiries, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to client satisfaction. You'll also document updates and redirect claims as needed. This entry-level role is designed to build foundational knowledge and prepare you for a long-term career in insurance operations. You'll have the opportunity to advance quickly through clearly defined levels, gaining new responsibilities, skills, and rewards at each stage. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, professional support via email.

  • Identify and document key case details, resolving or redirecting issues efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate records and follow through on client needs.
